Running and training artificial neural networks on conventional computers consumes a large amount of energy. The team is investigating how to build new AI hardware that physically implements neural networks using spintronic nanodevices, specifically leveraging the RF dynamics of spintronic components to implement key operations of neural networks. The goal of the internship is to optimize these devices on different levels. |
