Abstract
The IoT ecosystem represents a versatile framework and platforms enabling the seamless connection and interaction among diverse devices via cloud infrastructure. This thesis aims to enhance the potential of IoT technology, particularly within the domain of healthcare, with a focused lens on electrophysiology. Electrophysiology is the study of the body organ's electrical activities, specifically those generated by the heart, and is essential for the understanding, diagnosing, and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias. The primary objective of this thesis is to elevate the functionality of the Ep-David medical simulator by exploiting the robust capabilities offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Ep-David simulator accurately replicates the behavior of electrical signals sent by the heart, simultaneously considering body temperature and blood circulation.
Furthermore, Ep-David is designed to be portable, facilitating its utility in various medical and educational settings
