Abstract
This research explores an important effort, aiming to give a detailed overview and thorough analysis of how FPT Industrial deals with actual customer complaints. Resolving customer claims involves a multi-faceted process that goes beyond merely finding quick fixes. Instead, it involves the concerted efforts and collaboration of the entire quality team, comprising experts from various departments. This ensures a comprehensive evaluation of the underlying issues, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of delivering effective solutions. Ensuring a high level of product quality has become a primary concern for major corporations like FPT Industrial. With their extensive production volumes and the increasing demands of discerning consumers, effectively managing product quality issues has taken center stage.
The importance of addressing these quality concerns cannot be overstated, as they not only lead to significant financial and temporal losses but also have a profound impact on the brand's reputation
