My thesis deals with the elaboration of a VSM on Supplier Mapping of the supplier panel for Airbus Atlantic first class and business seats. We can see a description of the Airbus company and the aeronautics industry. Finally, the core of the development is based on the Supplier Mapping tool and the elaboration of the project.
