The paper is based on a project assigned to me during my internship at Philip Morris International in the Supply Chain Operations Digital and Innovation department. The paper aims to present the starting situation, the ideal situation, what was done, and the results obtained. I will also analyze the challenges faced and lessons learned both from a technical point of view and a cultural point of view. The thesis is organized into 5 chapters: 1.??Environment Description. This chapter includes an overall presentation of the company environment and my department’s organization. 2.??Literature Review on Knowledge Management. This chapter summarizes all the theory aspects analyzed and used for solution development. 3.??Project Definition. This chapter defined in detail the project plan and the starting situation will be described. 4.??Final solution and results. In this chapter, I will present and analyze the results of the initiative and will discuss future challenges. 5.??Challenges and lessons learned. This last chapter will reflect and provide recommendations based on the key learnings from the experience. |
