IT Project Management in support of the commercial planning for Philip Morris Sàrl in Lausanne, Switzerland. The objective of this paper is to analyse the implementation of project management technics to deliver an IT project within a multinational corporate. The goal of the project FAT is to develop a new software to manage the commercial information related to the Swiss Market. In particular this Platform contains all the information related to commercial initiatives and promotions on Philip Morris products. This promotions are called missions and are carried out by the Territory Leads that visit stores and boutiques to be sure that each point of Sales is well informed and with a sufficient level of stock.
