Abstract
The present work was developed in the production area of the company Sirena Signaling Devices, located in Rosta, Italy, and consists of the implementation of different Lean Manufacturing tools. The Lean Manufacturing philosophy, also known as Lean Production, is a work organization system that focuses on improving the production system. It aims to minimize waste and maximize the value added to the customer. It is a system that was born in the automotive industry and exported to all types of companies, its main exponent is the Toyota automobile company, where the philosophy was created. was carried out and improvement gaps were sought where the concepts of the aforementioned philosophy can be applicable, some of these concepts are 5S, JIT, Kanban, Layout, among others, which will be explained later
