The idea of this study is to produce and examine the set of determinants relevant to the perception of the quality of some specific use-oriented PSS in the shared mobility sector. The methodology applied for the extraction of the quality dimensions of the services consists in the application of a topic modeling algorithm, the Structural Topic Modeling, to a database of reviews released by users. The application of the proposed approach drives to the definition of a framework of common quality dimensions for all sharing mobility services, starting from the evaluation and comparison of three separate services: car sharing, bike sharing and e-scooter sharing.
