Relationship between business angels and Italian innovative startup. Today, there is growing attention on innovation and on entrepreneurship as a source of innovation. However, we need to examine how it is possible to improve that innovation. Business Angels can be a driver of that. Firstly, the present thesis aims to identify the main peculiarities of "Innovative startups with a significant social aim". In more detail, their life cycle and the main financing solutions are presented in the first two chapters. Secondly, the thesis explores the inherent connections that startups have with innovation processes, and the main stages and the problems that characterized them.
