In this analysis, the project management techniques such as SWOT analysis, Kanban and Scrum are described. Subsequently, the application and use of these techniques in a real-life project, Configit, is depicted. Configit is a mid-size project for the truck-maker company Iveco in which the old configurator for vehicles is replaced by a new one. The objective of this analysis is to understand if the project management techniques are effectively applied on Configit project.
