Abstract:

A simulation and experimental validation of filling system is presented and discusses in order to verify the behaviour of the machine and to demonstrate the usefulness of the Amesim software in design phase. The work begins with the study of Tirelli's machinery. From these, lumped-parameter models have been obtained, which allow to simulate the behaviour of the analysed machines. To verify the model accuracy, it will be validated with a machine equipped with appropriate sensors that allow to analyse the differences between the theoretical and experimental results.
