Impact of corporate governance on overall performances of Central Asia companies Nowadays, corporate governance has become a hot topic for most researchers. Corporate governance currently plays a key role in the economic development of the country. In this regard, this thesis mainly considers the concept of corporate governance and its application, as well as its development and impact on the totality of companies in Central Asia. This paper also briefly discusses the concept of corporate governance and the importance of applying the principles of corporate governance in the activities of companies. This overview of the key definitions is followed by the necessary regulations that have been put in place to improve corporate governance practices in Central Asia.
