Abstract
The automobile industry has been developing for hundred years, and along with industrial transformation and technological transformation, the development of automobiles is rapid. But along with the course of automobile development, it seems that it can be found. With the continuous economic growth and the rapid development of science and technology, a form of organization between small enterprises and enterprises-automobile production mergers has become highly respected by the government and enterprises. The main advantage of the merger behavior in the competition of the auto industry comes from its ability to generate and release the cluster effect—the ability of industrial planning to form an industrial atmosphere of competition and cooperation in the field of the auto industry.
The chemical division of labor can improve the level of technical quality, reduce the cost of manufacturing transactions, the pace of marketing technology innovation, obtain marketing economic efficiency, and diversify risks, thereby improving the competitiveness of its own industry and regional competitiveness more quickly
