This document is the result of a project carried out in a corporate environment that consists in the implementation of a data warehouse and a reporting solution within a review and renewal program for a client. It explains and addresses the various steps of the processes implemented and technologies used to transform data from transactional systems into useful information to support business functions and decisions. Starting from the ELT framework implemented in Python for the extraction, processing and historicizing of data, to the ETL processes implemented in QLik Sense for the extraction and loading of data from the database to the data analytics platform.
