Abstract:

The project initially deals with some introductory chapters as prototypes, the theoretical topics necessary for the sample order process evaluation and the history of the company. The goal of the thesis is to analyze the ECU sample process currently performed and through the use of four different tools (VSDiA, Gantt Chart, RASIC matrix, KPIs) provide an optimization and a future state of the process. The study is focused mainly in the analysis of the sample order phases, typically performed by the Sales team, with the support from India. The final outcome is to provide a future well defined and detailed representation of sample process, within which the Indian team knows which are the tasks, to be done linked with the roles. In this way, the work could be performed in a better way and independently, giving to Italy the contribution and support, which will be evaluated through the use of KPIs.
