Abstract:

This thesis consist on the study of capacitive power transfer (CPT) technology. A topology that implements a CPT system is analyzed in detail, in order to design a capacitively isolated power supply. Then, the circuit is designed to meet the proposed requirements (40 W adapter), and its efficiency is deeply studied. Finally, it concludes with the establishment of the ideal working condition.
