The thesis arguments are about the activities that have been carried out during internship experience inside Cem S.p.A., a subsidiary company of Kӓrcher Group. They deal with the scope of injection molding, in particular, that of mold management. Firstly, an analysis of Cem’s main problematics related to mold and their management is provided, and later proposed and adopted solutions to the respective problems are explained. The majority of problems analyzed deals with the absence of proper means to carry out mold-related data analyses, while the solutions, addressing these problems, propose the creation of structures for data storage and the consequent development of tools that are expected to increase the performance of different mold-related activities.
