In the last few years personalized offers have become increasingly important for companies that want to try to offer to their customers unique and adapted to their needs products. The aim of this thesis is to create a new real time interaction platform, through the Oracle Stream Analytics tool, able to propose the best personalized offers, through the display of an advertising banner showing one of the possible offers on a specific product specifically chosen for a bank customer who accesses the Internet Home Banking and also to use this platform to analyze customers feedback, issued on the banners, showing by generating a graphic dashboard useful to understand the evolution of the feedback issued.
