The following thesis work is developed during the curricular internship carried out in Turin Engine plant of FPT Industrial, one of the CNH Industrial brands. During the six months internship from October 2020 to March 2021, the target is to develop analysis and projects able to deal with the incoming audit of 2021 on behalf of Logistics department. The work wants to get on the one hand the best achievable results in terms of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) score while on the other hand an enhancement throughout innovative project proposal. For the above reasons, it is supported Giorgio Guadagni, the Logistics and Customer Services pillar, and its logistics team, through the activities necessary for the preparation, and then, the discussion of the audit.
