Abstract
This project is based on the urban regeneration of urban space in the old town of Luoyang, Henan Province, China. This area used to be the ancient capital of China. However, in the last one hundred years, due to wars and other reasons, some of the ancient buildings have been destroyed. The old remained buildings are gradually becoming unfit for modern life, which makes the area lose its vitality. We hope to preserve the context of the city and the memories of its inhabitants through the regeneration of the urban space, which enhances the vitality of the block. Through the analysis of historical and other data research and field surveys, we will analyze the layout of the site, architectural elements, and urban memory.
Urban design guidelines will be designed
