Abstract
A wide range of Architectural studies have been written about Hospital planning development.
An observation over daily architectural fabric, through connected spaces, « developed in urban multi cultural intense, we believe that human needs produce essential Interactive spaces.
Intense human inhabited zones produce living spaces, Connected by infrastructure movements. Mixed city spatial created between dynamic states, of cultural activities, through chaos urban orders, adjust arranged divisions between created and left spaces. produced to create alive functions through time line.
Hospitals are always ongoing dynamic change, as part of this human fabric. Especially through thè last two centuries (Medicine and scientific developments).
In the study of Hospitals development, I have found interest in thè field of rehabilitation and renovation of existing continues healthcare centers. My current study focuses over Hospitals review in urban context, and an intervention case study program for 'Oftalmie' Hospital, Torino- Italia.
Many urban cities stili today propose detaching old healthcare buildings from urban centers, allowing for other public activities to take piace. As well as in my case study- Italia.
Reasons differ between economie priorities, and ecological technical needs. Many old healthcare buildings are converted to flexible fabric purposes (museums, offices, etc...) while other new hospitals take piace in peripheral sites connected with sophisticated infrastructure to urban centers.
A study of the combination of these unique organic old hospital fabrics transformed to accommodate new technological "medianica!" sophisticated medicine wards could improve urban tissue connections.
Involving a careful research study with proposed restoration and reconstruction examinations to existing healthcare .centers, would give proper respectful approach to the naturai urban city growth, while other valuable healthcare fabric can stili be revalued by new harmonic functional activities.
Indeed, a scientific architecture research would allow studying advanced answers that might contribute to expand our knowledge to this interesting contribution for human-care field of study, for mankind humanistic development aspects and for thè coming generations.
