The entrepreneurial role of Incubators in the UK. This thesis aims initially to provide a literature review of the incubation phenomenon, then it focuses on the UK incubators' landscape. Offering an updated mapping of the UK incubation activities, analysing the differences and peculiarities between types of business incubators, their business models, their service portfolios and their interest for social entrepreneurship. Trying to provide at the end good hints for future research directions
