Abstract:

In this thesis work is proposed an algorithm of 3D reconstruction of skin ulcers able to recreate the three-dimensional model of the wound from two-dimensional images. There are different reconstruction techniques but most of them use a very large set of images. The proposed algorithm is able to reconstruct the model from a picture set consisting of only two photos. This algorithm is proposed as an advantageous solution from the point of view of computational time and offers the specialist the possibility to evaluate the state of the lesion through the calculation of objective parameters directly from the 3D model.
