The thesis is developed during my internship. In that period, I participated in the whole SAP S/4HANA® implementation process and worked with people from different departments of the company who are responsible for different modules of SAP S/4HANA® suit. I analyzed the current situation of the company and researched the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA® suit. This thesis is going to focus on finding the problems that need to be solved urgently and using the existing SAP management theory in combination with the actual situation of the company to ensure the successful implementation of SAP. Another goal of this thesis is to provide a certain reference for the company that is about to implement the SAP and the consultants who are specialized in implementing SAP.
