Abstract:

This thesis work mainly focuses on the modeling of clinical data, through archetypes (this is a formal definition of a clinical concept, usually you have an archetype for each clinical concept) and templates, based on an open source clinical standard called openEHR, which provides guidelines on how to model medical concepts.
