The thesis presents a real case in which a management methodology and concepts such as project management and quality design are used to develop a project. This project will be developed in a company that produces transmissions for automobiles. It will be improved the existing system that is responsible for storing the transmissions that have been repaired and identifying if they can go back to the production line or they need to be repaired again. In the project a new interface, more user friendly, will be developed with which the operator will has a better approach to repair activities.
