Abstract:

Quality Engineering and Operations Management Control. The Thesis concerns the analysis of the job done during the internship in Mainetti, a world leader in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality retail solutions. It consists in describing the main critical operation issues identified with the related methodologies used (instruments, frameworks, techniques …) in order to come to the potential improvement actions. The work aim focuses on maximising the operational efficiency in terms of process quality, time, costs and resources allocated.
