This thesis focuses on the advantages and benefits of a digitalization of the travel and expense management through an automated cloud-based system. This work comes from a working experience in the company Ernst&Young, where I had the chance to understand all the processes underlying this subject, focusing on SAP Concur travel and expenses automated solution. During my experience I was able to observe and extract some valuable information that allowed me to perform a detailed analysis of the benefits the conversion on SAP Concur implementation from a manual travel and expense management approach.
