Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the physical layer of the 5th generation of mobile communication, standardized by 3GPP as 5G New Radio. In the initial part there is a description of the physical layer of NR in general. A detailed description of the Physical Dowlink Control Channel follows. Finally it is presented the simulator implemented for the evaluation of performances.
