Perfomance measures in reverse supply chain- Implementation of a perfomance measurement system to measure and handle the operations involved in the reverse supply chain activities.

This thesis shows the performance measures with a strong focus for the reverse supply chain. This one is divided in two parts: the first one constituted by the literature review of the perfomance measures and the reverse supply chain actvities and the last one that shows my case study in bioMérieux.
