Abstract:

Power requirements constrain has always been involved in design choices for most of space application projects and missions. In this work it will be described the working principle of a fuel cell test rig, designed in order to evaluate the feasibility of the system for future lunar base. It has been necessary to undergo hardware testing in order to verify that each subsystem would provide the required performance for the fuel cell stack. A clear report has been created in order to make possible, for future operators, to deeply know the system and the design choices that have been made.
