Analysis and planning of the production process for a car seat frame manufacturing company : The aim of Lean Manufacturing is reducing waste of Production Line. In doing this we have different tools in order to recognize the point of loss within the process. MRP as one the intelligent tool which let us manufacture to obtain level production planning in such a way the cost of inventory would be zero in order to avoid sunk cost (W.Wegner). Hence by applying flow management align to MRP within the manufacturing process, we can optimize the production line in terms of reducing cycle time, minimizing the waste, faster tact-time.
