Progetto di campus SINO-ITALIANO per l’università Normal di Luoyang (Electronic and Information Engineering Faculty’s teaching building design in Luoyang Normal University) The topic of this design is a teaching Building of high-rise reinforced concrete frame structure. This building is used for Electronic and Information Engineering Faculty, located in the campus of Luoyang Normal University, mainly provides serves for the all the teachers and students in their teaching and studies, sometimes also is open to the relevant units. Founded between the teaching area and the students' dormitory, where is an appropriate location, site wide, flat, and with a river, lawns surrounded; here the natural scenery is beautiful. This design points two parts in total: environmental Analysis and architectural design. Environmental Analysis: City: Luoyang It’s a prefecture-level city in western Henan province of Central China, one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China. Located o the middle reaches of the Yellow River; mountains and rivers surround Luoyang. Within Luoyang Mountains comprises 45.51% of the total area, hills comprise 40.73 and plains only comprise 13.8%. With 6,549,486 inhabitants at the 2010 census, whom 1,856,977 in the built-up area (5 out of 6 urban districts). Luoyang is one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China. The area of the project: Luoyang Normal University The new university is located in the new YIBIN district, which is in the east of Luoyang, the new university Covers an area of 1,900,950 m2. And the total gross floor area is about 980,000 m2. It will plan in about 3.5 million students in the scale. Until now the first phase of the project is almost finished which is include the students' dormitory, canteen and some teaching buildings. And the area of the project is located in the second phase, which is near a small river. Architectural design: Planning Sheet This teaching building design use fixed number of year is 50 years, and it is a 1 class high-level teaching building, the level of fire resistance is 1. She is made up of a main building and a service building, this building covers an area of 23,400 m2, and a total construction area is 30,600 m2. The main building has 6 floors on the ground; this building’s height is 24.8 M. There are about 6000 teachers and students who will use it, The service building, with 1 floors on the ground and no layers underground, is used for shop and other service use. Concept The main concept of design is coming from the Chinese ancient architecture; for example, all the buildings were built with the blue block and gray tile (density HAN). The courtyard house is also the concept of the design. The use of huge hipped roof is in order to show the old classic Chinese university. To find a balance between the Chinese cultural and the function of the architecture is the main concept of the design. It’s the center of the Public activity area, there are canteen, the family area, dormitory and sports activities, which are all around this area. I try to make the main teaching building to be an important landmark of the university, thus I design some river and lake around the building in order to make a sense that: People walk in the water, like swim in the painting. Design In the process of architectural design, it is designed mainly based on the commitments given, and strictly according to "General Principles of The Civil Building Design", "Code for Fire Protection Design of Tall Buildings (GB50045-95, 2005 edition)"the latest specification of design and so on. The design uses "applicable, economical and beautiful" for the principle. It is realized that the room area is proper, spatial relation is harmonious, and environment condition is good, at the same time, structure, constitution and construction are simple, reasonable and convenient. Key consideration in the design of the functions of the library is the space layout, and considering the structure of the fire, earthquake, etc. |
