Abstract: |
In this paper, the study of the PEM electrolyzer test bench shows that the selection of a suitable test bench becomes a very important part of the electrolyzer performance test experiment. Various factors affecting the performance of the electrolyser were then investigated, including operating conditions such as operating temperature, pressure, current, voltage, and other factors. Through these studies, we found that electrolyte materials are attracting extensive interest from researchers, and more and more research is being conducted on fluorine-free membranes. This facilitates the replacement of existing nafion membranes used in large-scale commercial applications to further enhance the commercialisation of pem electrolysers.Subsequently, we conducted performance test experiments on an electrolyser intended to be rated at 2kw. And thermal modelling was established and model validation was carried out based on the experimental data. |
