Title: Preliminary Modeling and Energy Analysis of Fuel Cell Vehicle Description: The thesis work involves the study of a retrofit of one of a vehicle, specifically requiring the conversion from combustion engine to a hydrogen hybrid powertrain through the use of fuel cells, batteries and/or supercapacitors. Once the sizing and optimization of the powertrain management has been carried out and all the necessary specifications and components have been defined, we will proceed with a cost analysis and the creation of a vehicle CAD (starting from those already existing) with the aim of obtaining an estimate of the retrofit costs (using commercial or ad hoc components) and the optimization of the position of all the new elements inside the car. |
