In this thesis, a comprehensive examination is conducted to scrutinize the life cycle costs associated with the reusable space transportation system, denominated as "Space Rider." The research is organized into a series of structured phases, with the overarching objective of attaining a profound understanding of its paramount significance within the realm of the space sector and, in parallel, providing an estimation of the financial outlays intricately interwoven with the execution of this multifaceted endeavor. Commencing with a sweeping introductory section, the document commences by furnishing a panoramic overview of the landscape of reusable spaceplanes, underlining the compelling necessity for engagingin the intricate practice of life cycle analyses.
Following with an exploration of Space Rider's missions and applications, with a pronounced emphasis on its design catering to pivotal roles, notably encompassing cargo transportation, in-orbit demonstrations, and the critical validation of cutting-edge technologies
