Abstract: |
This research explores an important effort, aiming to give a detailed overview and thorough analysis of how FPT Industrial deals with actual customer complaints. Resolving customer claims involves a multi-faceted process that goes beyond merely finding quick fixes. Instead, it involves the concerted efforts and collaboration of the entire quality team, comprising experts from various departments. This ensures a comprehensive evaluation of the underlying issues, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of delivering effective solutions. Ensuring a high level of product quality has become a primary concern for major corporations like FPT Industrial. With their extensive production volumes and the increasing demands of discerning consumers, effectively managing product quality issues has taken center stage. The importance of addressing these quality concerns cannot be overstated, as they not only lead to significant financial and temporal losses but also have a profound impact on the brand's reputation. In today's competitive business landscape, where customers have a multitude of choices, a single quality issue can damage the image of a company and weaken its market position. For this reason, corporations like FPT Industrial are actively seeking to adopt rapid and efficient methodologies and tools that optimize the problem-solving procedure. They aim to minimize material wastage, optimize production processes, and enhance overall efficiency. Furthermore, taking a proactive approach to quality management allows companies to anticipate and preempt potential problems. At the center of this study lies the identification and correct description of the defect reported by the customer. This initial phase serves as a core element, capturing the essence of the problem and delineating the boundaries within which subsequent investigations unfold. In a step-by-step manner, the study proceeds to conduct a rigorous analysis of the critical production process phases, potential process weaknesses, and plausible sources of defects. This thorough investigation goes beyond just scratching the surface and explores the details of the production process by combining both numerical data and practical testing on the actual production line, we gain a comprehensive understanding of the problem from various perspectives, enabling us to tackle the issue effectively. The study then transitions into the proposition of a permanent corrective action. The proposed corrective action is evaluated using statistical analysis, ensuring its effectiveness and viability. The goal is not merely to resolve the immediate problem but to implement a long-term solution that improves the overall quality management system. In the final chapters, the study culminates in the presentation of results, after gathering a vast amount of data and insights during the investigation process, we synthesize and integrate them to form a cohesive understanding. The comprehensive analysis and subsequent corrective action lay the ground for positive change and improvement. These valuable insights, drawn from real-world scenarios, provide opportunities to refine and fortify the process robustness of FPT Industrial. Embracing a proactive stance, the company can proactively address emerging challenges and continuously enhance its products and services. This research exemplifies both academic rigor and practical relevance, effectively bridging the divide between theory and real-world application. |
