Sustainable Agri-food supply chain in Italy

Supply chain management is the key factor for creating and sustaining the competitive advantage of agri-food products in the market. Today, researchers and professors place special emphasis on supply chain management in the agricultural sector; they believe that effective supply chain management is the key factor for creating and maintaining the competitive advantage of agri-food products in the market. Identifying different factors to achieve sustainability in the supply chain of agricultural products in Italy. The statistical population of this research consists of 200 farmers active in the field of agricultural products in Italy.The research variables were identified by semi-structured interview and the relationship between the variables was formed in a conceptual model. The conceptual model was analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM) with the Amos tool.
