The thesis talks about the implementation of a new software able to manage the Supplier Quality activities, in particular it focuses on the choices made to invent and build new Performance Indicators in order to evaluate each Company supplier.This will allow us to have an up-to-date and on-time supply trend, in order to implement the best and most effective Supplier Quality Management choices, helped by the advice that the software will be able to give based on the KPIs previously implemented.
