The objective of the project is to map the processes and to analyse gaps of clearness and speed resulting in suggestion to optimize the "Operational Mechanism". The project follows the below milestones: 1. first round of interviews to understand the culture and organization of the Company (Chiesi); 2. identification of the company macro-processes; 3. deliver of a survey to listen the voice and to identify priorities; 4. analysis of the data identifying the most critical areas to be followed; 5. second round of interviews to elaborate in detail; 5. unpacking each priority macro-processes into micro-processes; 6. creation of the “RACI” matrix on which suitable actions for improvement can be activated;
