Public transportation in Bogotá

This thesis proposes a comprehensive analysis of the public transport system in the city of Bogotá, approached from the perspective of systemic design and the principles of user experience (UX). Through the study of actors, flows, infrastructure and daily experiences, it seeks to identify opportunities for improvement in the interaction between citizens and the mobility system. As a result, we propose the design of a strategic intervention - be it an artefact, service or environment - aimed at optimising the overall user experience, promoting accessibility, comfort and appropriation of public space.
