Enhancing Stock Management and Order Prioritization for Effective Project at Schneider Electric

The goal of this thesis is to show way to answer the problematic : How do we optimize a process of stock management of projects in global scale companies ? Through my experience in the field with Schneider electric we'll see through different ways to take care of the process and see possible ways to improve it. The context in work is about a global scale project with the Grand Paris construction project involving the Olympic games through it. The mains topics involve talk about supply chain management overall, allocation process and tools used.
