The present study aims to validate the potential that the Tokenization of Rental Contracts will bring to the owner and tenant, in addition to a new participant or investor who will be able to acquire rental contracts for an offered profitability, taking into account the level of acceptance of the population when adopting a digitalized way of contracting a property, considering that over the years the rental methods have been modernized due to the evolution that has given the real estate sector in the country, with emphasis on providing a better service, improving response times and covering the needs of customers.
