Its objective and scope was based on; carrying out a study on the advantages and potential that the landlord and tenant bring to the position and applicability of new technologies for the innovation of rental contracts through tokenization. Its scope, consists that through its exploratory methodology will admit the technological advances and the entrenchment of the development Smart Contracts and its quality standards towards the revolution in digitalized and independent rentals for the execution of tokenization in rental contracts; For this, the survey is used as a method of data collection was used a questionnaire applied to both customers and owners and in this way to know the level of acceptance and knowledge that is assumed in society depending on the application of this digital transformation, to carry out the new leases today. This is how we can conclude by stating that Tokenization has allowed humanity to turn in a positive way by offering a great facility in the real estate market, that nowadays rental contracts have been Christianized in a vital and necessary modification in the world.
