| Abstract: |
The Human Resources Management has acquired a growing importance in the companies, and so its study. This thesis develops an analysis of the Recruitment and Selection Process under a Lean Approach in a consultancy company based in Turin, TurinTech. The representation of these processes has been possible thanks to the employment of Business Process Model and Notation supported by Signavio, a web-based modelling tool. Subsequently has been discussed some framework relying on Multiple Criteria Decision Methods (MCDM) to support the Personnel Selection. A new model has been deployed to match the exigency of the society argument of the thesis, being based on MCDM. |
