Abstract:

The rise of cloud computing has brought new business models,in which more and more companies have entered the "cooperation and win-win" cloud ecosystem as business partners, and have gradually become the core component of the cloud ecosystem. The “2B design for enterprise employees" plays an important role in partners’ business conduction and communication. The thesis focuses on the interaction and service system of 2B products, combined with business intelligence and information visualization, which helps enterprise users to obtain a conjoint point between work efficiency and user experience. The public cloud partner center is one of the typical 2B interactive products, and is the main research object of this thesis. The thesis is divided into theoretical research and project practice, of which all data comes from desktop research and working experience. By researching on cloud computing and cloud ecology, the current business status and operating model of partners are identified, as well as the available service resources. Through parallel-cross analysis of the dynamics of B2B market and interaction design, are further explore the 2B interactive products’ changes in characteristics, decision factors, methodology, processes, and design roles. The design practice is a service system based on the partner center for business partners to conduct business tasks & get self-developmental services from the public cloud. In this system, business intelligence and other third-party service providers are allowed to enter the cloud ecosystem. A mobile application is the main interaction touch point. With business intelligence, different user roles can get personalized preset content, which can better adapt to actual business needs; integrating the existing service resources of the public cloud, the smoothness of user interaction is foreseen to be increased; allowing third-party service entering, besides enriching the system, it also brings new players to the cloud ecosystem.
