Abstract:

The use of an organizational structure is essential in any industry or company, be a product or service firm. In the specific case of banks, the definition of organizational structure assumes a peculiarity and a complexity, given the qualification of the bank as a service company. The theme of company organization is then analyzed in the specific case of the Group Intesa Sanpaolo. The organizational structure, its organizational units and the relationships among them will be described in detail, with a particular attention to innovation and optimization of the performances promoted by the Group.
