Abstract:

The aim of this paper is to deepen the management approach in an actual case study of implementation of PLM systems for a luxury Automotive European company. The implementation of the systems has been carried out by Accenture Italia Spa, consulting company, exploiting PTC software suite. The first part of the paper addresses the role of PLM software suite in the current and future automotive scenario. The latter section of the paper illustrates the project management approach that is a hybrid solution between Waterfall and Agile.
