Abstract:

The study is aimed at identifying an energy de-carbonization process for an industrial plant in the food sector that includes a series of actions to be implemented both in the short and medium-long term with a view to minimizing the environmental impact related to the energy supply. The key points of the elaborate are - technological scouting of applications aimed at reducing carbon dioxide emissions related to energy supply in industrial sector; - technical feasibility study related to the installation of such applications, with evidence of any critical issues linked to operational aspects and production activity of the plant; - economic evaluation of the investments including considerations on commodities and CO2 allowances price scenarios and any state incentives related to the interventions
