Abstract
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within software engineering has significantly expanded following the advent of Large Language Models (LLMs) and natural language processing. These technologies have been implemented across a vast array of techniques to optimize developer workflows, a trend that is equally prominent in game development. While current research predominantly focuses on generating complete, end-to-end experiences via prompts and agentic architectures, this study explores the use of LLMs as tools to enhance a developer's architectural design, effectively translating creative intent into technical implementation. Utilizing prompt engineering techniques, this research aims to develop a short game project featuring exploration and a turn-based combat system.
The project was built using the Unity engine, with most game object components generated entirely through AI code generation
