Abstract:

Data has historically played a fundamental role in shaping business decisions and social development. From ancient trading records to modern digital transactions, the ability to collect, store, and analyze information has been crucial to human progress and organizational success. In today's digital era, the exponential growth of data generation has made efficient data management more critical than ever. Organizations face the challenge of handling large amounts of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources, making it essential to implement robust systems and practices for data collection, storage, processing, and analysis. While large corporations often have substantial resources to invest in sophisticated data management solutions, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face unique challenges in this domain. These organizations must balance limited resources with the need to maintain competitive advantage through effective data utilization. This makes the implementation of efficient data management systems particularly crucial for smaller enterprises, as they need to maximize the value extracted from their data while operating within practical constraints.
